Dr. Morris won the 2021 Vulcan Teaching Award of Excellence and launched her Advanced Inorganic Chemistry course in virtual reality in the spring of 2021 in the digital twin campus created by VictoryXR on the Engage Platform. She believes that VR provides a pathway for creating that inclusion through immersive education, vocational rehabilitation services, and therapeutic experiences.
Scooter Taylor, Co-Founder, West Peek Ventures, Black-owned startup launching new experiences in the Metaverse.. Hosted Morehouse College's 34th annual 'Candle in the Dark' Gala will have a select group inside of a re-imagined version of their campus. Attendees will be able to move around the space, learn about the college, engage with one another with spatial audio networking and ultimately watch the Gala as it happens live in Atlanta, GA!
